The best experience I've ever had buying a car! Sadly these days it seems to be rare to find a truely honest car dealership and I can safely say that Just Japanese are exactly that!

Being very particular I had almost resigned myself to taking the risky decision to try and import a car from Japan myself as I really wanted a 20 series Toyota Alphard Hybrid SR and all the ones in the UK at the time were either over priced and/or had the auction sheets changed! So many dodgy sellers on eBay and I very almost bought a "Japanese" import from a "dealer" which was actually from Singapore with a sketchy history which obviously didn't appear on CarVX reports.

After 6 months of watching the auctions I saw the perfect car come up for sale via Just Japanese at a very fair price! I had heard many good reviews about Matt but still wanted to tread carefully as I'm in Scotland so I wouldn't really be able to view the car in person until collection. In hindsight I didn't have to worry at all as Matt was very forthcoming about all the cars imperfections and his plans to repair them. I got so many photos of every stage of the prep, even on Christmas eve when the car arrived in the UK Matt sent me a video! Can't recommend Matt enough and wouldn't think twice of recommending Just Japanese to anyone looking for their own JDM import!

Having an interest in buying a Toyota Alphard I called into Just Japanese in Wigan. Not knowing there where so many variants on spec. Matt introduced himself, what a knowledgeable and genuine man he is. Having chosen the car for me from his stock of over 60 vehicles. A deal was done. He picks out some great ones and tested out thoroughly. He is patient and walks you through any questions you have. Worth a visit to Wigan to see for yourself.

Matt and the team at Just Japanese were spot on from start to finish, very professional all round. Communication was excellent, with every query answered quickly and politely (and tbf Matt had more than a few from me due to my nagging nature!). However, I needn't have worried as the Nissan Elgrand I bought, despite being nearly 19 yes old, but was presented and detailed so well that you would imagine it was straight off the production line. It also performed beautifully so that the journey home to Cardiff was an absolute pleasure. The level of detail shown to make sure the van looked good and performed well was truly incredible and faultless.Totally agree with all the other excellent reviews, would highly recommend Just Japanese and wish them all the best for future.

No pressure selling here and the BMW Z3 I purchased was in an incredible condition and a great price. I would buy again from them in a heartbeat - highly recommended. I brought my very first Elgrand in November from Matt , he's a great trader to deal with. He carried out all the necessary checks and modifications such as changing the clocks and stereo for me aswell as adapting the rear fog light for the MOT , I would recommend just japanese to anyone that was looking for an Elgrand and will definitely buy my next one off him.

I went to view a car just to see what they where like . Was surprised to see how clean and tidy every single car was really well looked after cars . I ended up buying a car there and then . Matthew is such a nice guy and was not like any car dealers I have dealt with in the past . He was so laid back and any questions I had he answered and was not pushy or overwhelming atall This is the only place I would look at getting a car in future . And even when I was trying to get insurance sorted and taxed Matthew helped and even got me discount on the insurance from a company what he recommended. Overall amazing showroom amazing guy and I would highly recommend buying from here.

Back in July 2021 we contacted Just Japanese with regards to purchasing a Tayota Alphard. We needed a 8 seater car in order to take additional family members out. Matt was brilliant!! The disability model we were interested in was no longer available, however he had an Alphard which hadn’t been listed on his website. We went over to Wigan, viewed the Alphard, part exchanged our car and have never looked back. We were a bit sceptical with the car being a Japanese import but all the paperwork had been done by Matt and his team, the car had had a full service and MOT and the all relevant work had been carried out. It was such a smooth transaction which definitely gives you peace of mind. We did have an issue with the Speedometer, this was rectified a few days later when a staff member was sent to Blackpool to rectify it. I have been extremely happy with Matt and his team, in fact they overexceeded our expectations! We have had nearly a year of adventures in Harold (named by the kids) and many more to come!! We will only be going to Just Japanese when we come to upgrade in a few years. Thankyou Matt and your team :)

I recently purchased a 20 year old Toyota estima from just Japanese and to say I'm happy would be an understatement.
Nobody can believe the age of the car it's condition is excellent, the whole process of buying from Just Japanese was straight forward considering I didn't look at the car a family member did ,I wasn't disappointed when it turned up.

Superb range and quality of stock, friendly and helpful bunch of lads, cars are conditioned for the UK market above and beyond any previous importer I've dealt with, super quick turnaround and just a pleasure to deal with.

I had an afternoon off work so I gave Matt a call. He said come down and have a look.He showed Me one 51 model. I said I would like that spec but in full Leather. He showed Me another model in full White leather.I said I want all that but in Black leather and a Black E 51. He opened the curtains on a Black Pearl E51 Full Leather V6 HIGHWAY STAR. He had just prepared WOW! I said that's mine..There was absolutely no pressure from Matt.

You get what you pay for at Just Japanese we search everywhere for are elgrand yes we found cheaper but the quality & preparation that goes into Matt's vehicles is second to none. Also nothing is an issue if you have a problem the team at Just Japanese will sort it fantastic lads.

Absolutely flawless service. Matt kept in touch constantly, and gave me the confidence to purchase our first Japanese Import. To be honest, i don't think i will ever look elsewhere for a car. We absolutely love our Elgrand, and the only replacement for it will be a newer one. If your unsure, then pay Matt a visit and see the quality of the cars for yourself, and you will be surprised at the spec of car that you get for your money. What you think is a brand new feature in some other makes and models, you will find the Japanese have been doing it for years.
